An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinical Manager based at our offices in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of existing and new complex and noncomplex home-care packages and will be an experienced nurse who has excellent clinical and managerial skills and ideally have experience of working in a similar environment where clients are supported within their own home. You will meet the changing needs of our client base by effectively delivering a high-quality client service.
The responsibilities of the role will include: managing home-care packages, managing clinical supervision and leadership team, team support and development, conducting staff appraisals, management reporting activities, staff rota organisation, developing and implementing policy and directives, staff deployment and travel arrangements for home-care and hospital locations whilst on call, deputising for the Managing Director as required, carrying out audits and risk assessments, identifying training needs and training providers and coordinating trainings, maintaining accurate records, reporting changes in client condition and updating care plans and MAR charts and preparing and assisting CQC inspections.
