CLCA working in partnership with Personal Injury Lawyers

10th April 2018

Everyday people get into accidents or injured in some way because of someone else’s carelessness. Many of us will be involved in a car accident caused by a negligent driver at some point in our lives. Some, are lucky to walk away from the car accident without any injuries, but it doesn’t always turn out this way.

A simple mistake can cause another person to experience severe life-changing brain or spinal injuries or perhaps an illness resulting in death. Victims may not even be able to stay employed after an accident and may require extensive medical treatments for a long period of time or for the rest of their lives. These services can create a heavy burden on family finances.

These unfortunate events fall into the category of ‘Personal Injury’, which is when someone becomes injured or ill due to another individual’s or an organisation’s negligence. Luckily enough, there are the right people out there to guide you when you make a claim that will represent you, negotiate the best possible settlements and get you the compensation you deserve.

You don’t have to worry, there are about 3,500 Personal Injury Lawyers that have the knowledge and the expertise to assist you. They are part of a not-for-profit organisation, Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) committed to changing the law, protecting and enhancing access to justice, and improving the services provided for victims of personal injury.

And it’s not just legal representation they can help you with, lawyers may have a greater understanding and experience of serious injuries and may connect you with medical providers. Or may recommend a particular specialist who has provided excellent results in previous cases.

CLCA Nursing recognise the value that APIL brings to the community and that is why we are working with them to help people following an injury. We provide home-based healthcare services to adults and children with even the most complex and significant health conditions, long-term illnesses or disabilities.

By working with Personal Injury Lawyers, we can combine their legal expertise together with the expertise of our registered nurses and put clients at the forefront of our services. We will ensure that we help our clients and their families in every way possible through what is a very devastating time.

Our aim is to maximise our clients’ independence and to deliver care that is safe, effective and well-led in a very caring nature. We offer a 24-hour, seven-day service and our friendly team are able to answer any questions you may have about the level of care you or your loved one require.

CLCA Nursing are delighted to be one of the speakers at the APIL ANNUAL CONFERENCE 2018, which is taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on Tuesday, 17 and Wednesday, 18 April. We will be discussing who we are and what help we can provide for victims of personal injury. We look forward to seeing you there. | | 01743 460957
