CLCA Company Ltd is a recruitment agency specialising in the medical industry and deploys Registered General Nurses and Health-Care Assistants to NHS and homecare environments and offers bespoke packages to private clients including the provision of complex and non-complex care.
Due to company growth, a vacancy has arisen for a Senior Administrator at our offices in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with the right drive to succeed within this role and to progress to become a key member of the team. It is expected that this role will further develop into an Executive Assistant position in support of the Operation and will work closely with the Managing Director.
The responsibilities will include: overseeing the Bookings Department, implementing and maintaining systems and procedures, attending and recording meetings, creating reports and raising routine correspondence, undertaking projects and research as required, controlling company documents, scheduling risk assessment and audit reviews, processing H&S documentation and raising client home-care packs.
