“I love everything about my job, keeping my client safe and when I go home I feel that I have done everything I could for them to make their life easier.”

At CLCA Nursing, we view success as building a network of healthcare professionals all around the UK that have the same goal to make a difference to the lives of patients and clients.

Our quality is heavily dependent on the people we choose to carry out our services. They must be compassionate in their role, reliable, and will have experience in the healthcare field and this is why having an HCA such as Emma Simms is invaluable for us.

Emma joined CLCA Nursing around 2 years ago and has been working on our homecare packages.

“I love everything about my job, keeping my client safe and when I go home I feel that I have done everything I could for them to make their life easier.”

Behind our continued success, we are working hard behind the scenes to ensure that our team of nurses and carers receive the best, up-to-date training available. This not only supports their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) but safeguards our clients both at home and in the hospital by guaranteeing our methods and practices are the safest and most reliable available.

“CLCA has a wonderful training policy. When training days are available they let their staff know and online courses have also been made available. There is always an opportunity to learn.”

Furthermore, the office staff, based in Shrewsbury, are always on hand to offer advice or to deal with any issues that may have arisen. We are proud that many of our executive team are clinically trained and are able to deal with potential problems quickly and effectively.

“I feel very supported. When situations have needed to be dealt with, CLCA did not waste any time in dealing with it and also dealt with it in a discreet manner. They understand and support you when you are dealing with a personal matter.”

We are keen to instil our values:

Stability

Trustworthiness

Accountability

Commitment

Knowledge

From the top-down and this is why it is important for CLCA to deal with all staff and client queries and problems personally and professionally.

Just a final word from Emma:

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with CLCA. Working in the care industry takes a special type of person. You can’t do the job properly if you don’t put the effort in and the way CLCA looks after their clients really show how everyone working towards the same goal can make such a difference.”
