CLCA is delighted to introduce our Clinical Nurse Manager, Marie Milner, who joined us at the end of September this year. She is hugely experienced and we are thrilled to have her join the CLCA team.
I am a registered nurse with 12 years post registration experience, which during this time, I feel that I have gained the necessary knowledge and skills to prove my ability to perform within the role as a Clinical Nurse Manager for CLCA.
I was fortunate enough to work as a deputy manager and was awarded my Registered Managers Certificate in an elderly care setting, I also have experience as a band 6 sister on an Acute Medical Unit, I then decided to gain further knowledge and worked as a staff nurse in Accident and Emergency which enabled me to consolidate my experience and skills further to be able to demonstrate my ability within my role as Clinical Nurse Manager.
I consider myself to be a conscientious, efficient and adaptable person who demonstrates a calm and sensitive approach to the role as a Clinical Nurse Manager. My caring, supportive and empathetic natures are qualities which I feel are essential to that.
I consider myself to be a loyal and committed employee who strives to ensure patients within the community are happy and cared for on a professional level at all times.
My Hobbies outside of work are spending time with my family, walking my dog and socialising with friends.
