Continued Enhanced Referral Scheme

Due to the huge success of our recent enhanced referral period, we have decided to extend it to the end of the year!

We understand that you will be working with outstanding individuals wherever you work and we know they would be a great addition to our ‘Outstanding” rated Company.

This is why CLCA has created our referral scheme and we are enhancing the rewards!

Do you know a nurse or carer that would be a perfect fit for CLCA? We would love to speak to them and have them join a hugely successful team. Refer a family member, friend or colleague and if they are successfully hired and then complete 3 full-time shifts with CLCA, you will receive £25 £75 for an HCA or £50 £125 for an RGN!!

Furthermore, if any Paediatric Specialist Nurse joins CLCA during this period they will receive a £125 signing on bonus once they have completed 3 full-time shifts.

No strings attached, it is as simple as it sounds!!

Scheme Criteria:

  • You are required to apply formally in writing to the HR Department stating that you are applying under the Refer a Friend scheme and providing the full name of the person you have recommended to the company.
  • Your friend must agree that you introduced them to the company to support your application for the refer a friend payment.
  • For multiple recommendations of one person, the first referral only will be accepted.
  • Once the above criteria are met and approved, the payment will be processed through the payroll (subject to the usual deductions for PAYE staff).
  • CLCA reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the rules of this Scheme at any time.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Increased rewards will run until December 31st 2020 where it will return to the previous reward level.
  • Full-time shifts are a minimum of 8-hours.
