CLCA’s New Employee Referral Scheme

We view success as building a network of healthcare professionals all around the UK that has the same goal to make a differe­­­nce to the lives of patients and clients. Our quality is heavily dependent on the people we choose to carry out our services. They must be compassionate in their role, reliable, and will have experience in the healthcare field. In order to ensure quality services we recognise that as an employer, we must do our part by giving them work that is meaningful to their lives, as well as being an important part of the lives of others.

This is why CLCA has created the new employee referral scheme. We understand that you will be working with outstanding individuals wherever you work and we know they would be a great addition to the Company.

Do you know a nurse or carer that would be a perfect fit for CLCA? We would love to speak to them and have them join a hugely successful team. Refer a family member, friend or colleague and if they are successfully hired and then complete 25 hours of work with CLCA, you will then receive £25 for an HCA or £50 for an RGN!!

No strings attached, it is as simple as it sounds!!

Scheme Criteria:

  • You are required to apply formally in writing to the HR Department stating that you are applying under the Refer a Friend scheme and providing the full name of the person you have recommended to the company.
  • Your friend must agree that you introduced them to the company to support your application for the refer a friend payment.
  • For multiple recommendations of one person, the first referral only will be accepted.
  • Once the above criteria are met and approved, the payment will be processed through the payroll (subject to the usual deductions for PAYE staff).
  • CLCA reserves the right to withdraw and/or amend the rules of this Scheme at any time.
