Educational Support

Nurturing care for all children and young adults with disabilities and specialist needs.

From a child attending nursery or pre-school through to higher education, we offer specialist care for children and young adults with disabilities and complex medical needs including:
  • Physical impairments and challenges.
  • Sensory impairments.
  • Autistic spectrum disorders.
  • Learning difficulties including dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia.
  • Behavioural support.

From a child attending nursery or pre-school through to higher education, we offer specialist educational support care for children with disabilities and complex medical needs as they progress through the education system. We understand the difficulty in choosing the right childcare as a parent, as it plays a crucial role in the development of the child that will eventually allow them to become independent, socialise with other children and the ability to learn new things. Our team of healthcare professionals are confident in the care they provide, undertaking training of the highest calibre that is nurse-led and client-specific. They are enthusiastic to make a difference in your child’s life.

Our comprehensive care plans cover all aspects of care such as tracheostomy care, PEG/PEJ feeding, and medication management. We listen to the requirements of the child and their parents to create a routine that will help make their day-to-day life as seamless as possible.

Our teams have a good working knowledge of play therapy and activities, which is an integral part of their daily routine. We can arrange round-the-clock, part-time, or live-in care services depending on your child’s needs. This includes supporting their clinical needs when they go to school and activity services after school.

Our clients may have some kind of physical and/or sensory impairment that causes difficulty in traditional teaching settings. They may also or alternatively have a specific learning difficulty or behavioural issue that makes the typical classroom more challenging. Our educational support plans will be bespoke to the client’s physical, mental and social needs as we look to provide an environment where clients can access education with the same opportunities that anyone would expect from an establishment, either mainstream or dedicated to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
