The importance of regular and up-to-date training

Here at CLCA, our mission is to provide you with reliable healthcare staff of the highest calibre, wherever and whenever you need them. We view success as building a network of healthcare professionals all around the UK that have the same goal as we do which is making a difference in the lives of our clients. That’s why here at CLCA we have excellent training for all our staff.

Training is extremely important to us so then our staff will be able to deliver the best care to our clients. Our team maintains continuing professional development including attending conferences, participating in research and attending study days to provide you with the latest evidence-based care.

All of our nurses and healthcare staff are required to take annual mandatory statutory training based on the CQC Certificate guide.

CLCA organises courses across the year, which involves a combination of classroom teaching and practical sessions. This will help our staff deliver the best care possible to our clients. We also run training on specific areas as we have 6 different care packages, which are:

  • Complex care
  • Recovery and rehabilitation
  • Palliative care
  • Respite and holiday care
  • Social service support
  • Educational support

By running these specific packages, it ensures we can give the best care to our clients.  We provide our staff with the best quality of training based on the safest practice and ethics.
